I loved the anniversaries chapters. You perfectly- and humourously- captured the ups and downs of the Robson relationship with the rose and fertiliser metaphor. I look forward to reading the next chapter.

I only got into Lewis last year when it was Netflix and subsequently ITV3 repeats and I have hoovered up the fanfic since. Thank you not only new stories, but Robbie and Laura ones, AND they are extremely well written. I've only been a reader, never a reviewer, but I want to be another voice encouraging you to keep writing so I can keep reading. With that, I have noticed you have updated your other story, which I am gonna save for bedtime.

Oh this was a nice sunday read. I really enjoyed it how Robbie found the right present for Laura. I also like a rose called Gertrude but it is a Gertrude Jekyll...and swifts...I already dread the beginning of August when they will fly south again...

I really enjoyed reading about Robbie and Laura celebrating their anniversary, with Robbie choosing the perfect gift. You have considerably improved his gift giving skills. (BTW, I am familiar with the special powers of the ordure from horses. We have had people come to our farm to get some for their gardens.)
