Overall, this story is turning out to be an interesting concept. I can't help but wonder if the rest of the HTTYD will return the same way, and if we'll see some NEW riders, and maybe some people who weren't around in Berk.

Okay, I gotta review before I get any farther. First, I got surprisingly drawn into the Seizure Procedure 'verse, so don't be surprised if I hang around a bit. Second, until you explained about Amy, I thought you'd been mean and brought Fungus back as a crazy lady X'D.

And third, since this is a modern AU I now have this rather amusing scene in my head modern!Hiccup, modern!Snotlout, and modern!Dagur all fighting over the last slide of pizza. I know Dagur isn't in this (yet?), but it's still an amusing picture.

I guess Harry was injured worse than we were led to believe. At least Hiccup is coming back if I understood correctly. My guess is the mystery Skrill rider is the reincarnation of Krogan or Viggo. But Viggo redeemed himself in RTTE. (Did you have the same happen in your stories? You wrote so much I can’t remember.) But then Stoick’s reincarnation was the complete opposite.

Ok, I want to point out a few things.

One, Hiccup and others just touching their dragons and suddenly remembering everything feels a bit...too fast? I think their memories should have came back over time (maybe 3-5 chapters)

Two, all modern technology dissapearing and the entire Earth practically resetting back to 1,000 years ago...sorry, even my suspension of disbelief cannot withstand that. A much better explanation would have been that the tech was still their, its just that now there was no power to power it (generators, etc, dont work) and maybe only Skrills can charge electronics for a while?

Also, you could have had it to where most of the builds wee leveled by Earthquake's, have maybe one or two chapters were the main characters have to rescue people who need help. That would have better explained the buildings.

Also, tying this story onto a previous one...ehh, makes it harder to understand/get interested.

I did the math and they lost about 99 percent of the population! Yikes!
