Wow! I'm so happy this got an update! I know I'm late for the party, but I just love this story.

I wonder how peace and tranquility could be implemented. Hat kid dies, rainbow and static fill her view, and she sees an alternate version of herself dancing. They stop dancing and begin giving her encouraging words (I don't need to prove myself to anybody, etc.) before waving their hand and things go back to normal. Hat kid is back at the start of the challenge, a bunch of pons are missing from her wallet, and the contract has some edits that Moonjumper can't change. The challenge is easier now, but she can't get the bonuses.

Or maybe hatkid is too skilled to die lol.

I was getting kind of worried. Great new chapter. Looking forward to seeing how the Conductor and Grooves devolve to fit in with their double boss fight!

Aaah, I love this story so much! I love how everyone is really in-character, as well as the ways you've written the storyline to go along with it taking place after the game's events. It's really clever and makes me all the more excited to see what you'll do for the rest of it!

I love the relationships Hattie has with everyone; it adds a ton of personality and warmth to the story, and I'm always one for that! Plus, I'm also a fan of a great angst/fluff balance, and I think you've got that down quite well.

You're doing a good job with this! I get what you mean with handling multiple projects. It can be a workout, especially when your motivation is down. Don't feel like you have to push yourself just for updates: While keeping a kind of schedule is good for any writer, it's also important to have inspiration for your work in order to do your best. Keep it up! :)

I have no idea what to put in other than that I loved this, and can't wait for the eventual betrayal in battle if the birds. Especially after they promised to help out any way they could.

This story has me hooked! I can’t wait to read more! Your Moonjumper is downright chilling and I love his interactions with Snatcher. Why is it that I always put my favorite characters through the wringer? I’m sorry, Snatcher! Still really good writing.
