There has been a few moments rhat I had to go back to make sense of things though, I think you should space out more when you change scene. Also wanred to say your math is wrong. If 10 years for a human is 1 year in Natsu's realm, than 1 year for a human would be a 10th of a year for Natsu, about 36days rather than 4. Minor minor detail ;) I love it.
