How... bad, exactly, was Kai's slavery? I'm thinking it would have to be pretty... explicit, or torturous, for the mere mention of 'slavers' to give him a full-blown panic attack.
I don't experience panic attacks, but logically, the event must be extremely traumatizing for that result, yes?
