Alright! Man you and I also think alike! I never really get to the matching genre part, but the reason I match the four Riders with the respecting nations, is also their color scheme and their personality and backgrounds!

Brave fits with Lowee, because in Blanc normal form she seems stoic and cool, though she gets short-fused, and he also fits because the CPU and Canditates and the place is all based on Ice related power, like Brave's sword having a part of Ice power. Snipe fits with Lastation because he is cold and calculate, and also in the past makes him like a lone wolf, and it kinda fits for Noire being called a loner, and also him and Uni will get along with their guns, I think Snipe will be something like a mentor to Uni. Lazer is kinda fits with Leanbox, he is also more relax and playful like Vert, they seem to get along with their personality. Ex-aid is obvious.

Man if there is Rebirth 3, then Kuroto and Plutia or Iris will be great duo. I will be taken by surprised if their relationship turn into Kuroto making Plutia his "goddess", while spouting about how "a god needs a goddess, like a King needs a Queen". Man this imagination scares me, but also amusing.
