Crowleya chapter 1 . 7/13 I guess they're both ineffably powerful, but a 5:1 ratio of demons to angel is really outnumberingly unfair. Don't mess with Crowley when he's protecting his angel, though :) |
WhiskerDrops chapter 1 . 3/11 How did I not find this story earlier? I adore stories that show Crowley's demonic nature and portray him as bold and confident (something I think the miniseries fell short on). I think it's easy to forget that both him and Aziraphale aren't human despite them having adopted so many human-like qualities over the centuries. I see a lot of depictions of Crowley as completely unwilling to even consider any form of violence, but in the book it was Crowley who originally turned paintball guns into real ones, even if he caved to Aziraphale and made sure no one would be killed. And I can absolutely see him taking out other demons if Aziraphale was threatened. I really enjoyed this story; great work! |
LadyWallace chapter 1 . 1/23 I love this a lot. I love the slightly clumsy ineffable idiot versions of Crowley and Aziraphale as well, but I love it when we are reminded that there's more to both of them than the bumbling beings trying to pass as human. And when they protect each other unconditionally, I like it even more :) I definitely believe Crowley can be this scary when he wants to be especially when his best friend is in danger. Thanks for sharing this ficlet! |
KillgarraghForever chapter 1 . 10/16/2019 Christ, Crowley! Don't do that! Kill them, sure, but don't look so happy about it! |
JAFRYN chapter 1 . 7/16/2019 Crowly is a demon, yes, good history, sobre todo porque siempre se le ve solo como un arlequin sobre la tierra y no lo es. |
29Pieces chapter 1 . 6/21/2019 Crowley protecting Aziraphale is one of my most favorite things! Of course he put up a fight but after all it WAS 5 against 1. LOVED seeing BAMF Crowley, thank you so much for sharing this little gem! |
The Lady Nightingale chapter 1 . 3/23/2019 I enjoyed this very much. I like the point about Crowley being chosen to protect the Antichrist (even if he makes a hash of it). And I'm glad Aziraphale wasn't so out of practice as to be totally overpowered - he was significantly outnumbered, of course. Thank you! |
