It's fucking annoying, because it's common sense you can stash away electronics in a reflective and tin box. You can literally DIY one out of a shit ton of tin foil and it should keep whatever electronics safe inside of them from an EMP blast. I feel like he hasn't fucking researched shit. Oh, and men make and enforce and choose to live by laws. A lack of government would not change that. Law isn’t some sort of mystical force keeping men in line. They would still live by laws and strive for order as much as possible.

And the numbers of people who would attack other people out of greed are vastly outnumbered by those who would fight against them. Because order and co-operation as much as resources allow is humanity’s strength and basis of human existence and nature. Which is why societies and civilizations exist.
