Chapter is alright. A few errors here and there but that could be remedied with some careful proofreading and double-checking.

Well, the guys are doing about as expected against Oznia in their latest sparring match, they're learning and getting better, but she dropped wise advice that they'll need more than one tactic to be good huntsmen, as sooner or later they'll face someone who can get around it or use their attempt at the tactic against them to take them down easier.

So they need to keep improving and thinking up new tactics, be able to adapt on the fly to whatever comes their way.

Gabriel's feelings toward Ruby's interest in weapons and his outlook being different from Ruby's own in naming weapons makes sense to me. To him, huntresses would appear holier than thou and be cocky as shit. Especially to the men who they believe to be below them.

Shadow having history with Blake's family was a bit of a surprise, though sad to hear he parted from them on bad terms. From the look of it Shadow won't believe he is welcome back to their home again after whatever happened in the past. Wonder what Blake's relationship is with Maria, clearly she seems to care for the girl and refuses to be left in the dark about her.

Jaune and Joan had an interesting conversation of how Joan is annoyed with girls trying to learn more about Jaune through her or get a shot at her brother. Something Jaune could relate to as other guys did the same to him wanting to score with his sisters. Though Jaune finds it hard to believe girls want to be with him.

Feeling bad for Rost though, I can understand why he's trying to keep this private, but I also understand Jaune's frustration in not being able to help his teammate from a clear bullying problem the faunus is giving him. Situations like these aren't easy for Rost was correct in saying if his teammates gets involved, they'll simply do the same and then it'll be more noticeable by the school and will get them in trouble.

Mostly the guys sadly as they are the minority in this case and it'll be yet another attempt by the girls to show the boys are too weak to be the huntsmen Oznia believes in them to become... A complicated mess indeed.

Hmm a guy Salem... you could stick with that seeing as it’s not exactly a guy or girl specific name... but you could go with Cromwell(don’t know why but that name always seems to be involved with magic BS) or if you want a name that radiates power and respect in ways that the readers can feel... try a name like Aslan.

Either way, it’s good.

As for ships, you do you man... but plz no Knightshade(it’s overused and frankly Blake already has a Harem)
