And while she's off in the rain, Queenie's down in the case trying to help Newt do the right thing. Love how after she's gone, he simply tells Jacob to go get the waste paper basket. But like Tina, he wants to hear what's going on directly from Newt.
I love that Tina arrived to fit Newt in the sitting room, and how Newt's first reaction was to help her because she was soaking wet. And it's only after he admits he wants to make things up to her that she allows him to help.
LOVE LOVE LOVE how after Tina's sees the letters and had decided that that's all she needs to know at the moment, Newt stops her. And then they talk about why their scared, but that they want to pursue this relationship. Love that Tina had two conditions. And there was kissing!
I can hear the voices so clearly in your stories, especially Newt and Queenie and that's actually pretty rare for me unless it's a direct quote. And the points about the Brits vs. Yanks vernacular and the 'thank Morrigan' about the silencing spell on Queenie's room.
