Of the many stories that have Harry employ Dobby and Winky, I like yours the best. You've actually put forward a logical and compelling reason for Harry to reach out to them rather than just "Harry woke up and became intelligent".

I'm looking forward to more.

I love the start of this story. Especially Vernon's thinking to himself. I found no thinking of his own family very insightful, even his own lack of book smarts. I have a feeling Harry is even smarter than Hermione.
Reading that book nd answering those questions not only will help Vernon,but it's also having Harry take a hard look at himself. And those around him.
