A very nice oneshot. I love the idea that Miguel can see the death. It’s an awesome and fascinating idea and well written. I’m not sure if in the real movie Miguel could see the death and did like he didn’t notice them when he sang to his family so that his living family didn’t think he was a bit crazy (maybe he talked before and after the song with his death family?) or he really couldn’t see them. I hope to see more oneshots.

I totally agree, I loved the movie and twist ending, but was like "So Miguel has no idea if he saved Hector? And he won't unless he gets cursed again or when he dies? What the heck!" One of the few movies that made me nearly cry, just barely held it in.
Nice alternate ending by the way, excellent job with the characters!

Very well portrayed. I agree that I think Miguel should've been able to see/interact with the dead after his stint. I loved this story :) made me tear up all over again (good tears, mind) thanks for writing it :)

What a wonderful wrap up to the story! I love how the family have so much to remember about their deceased relatives, now including Hector. Him noticing the tour group was a great touch!

Oh I love this types of stories where Miguel can somehow still see his dead relatives. It always gives me warm feelings ️
