omg i love this story!

First of all at the begining when you said that all of the girls had called their parents, Lita doesn't have any parents, and Amy's Mom is rarely home.
When you said that the girls pulled out some extra cots that Rei had, they wouldn't usually use cots, they would use futons.

I like how sailor moon was taking charge and all but I really don't think that she would go after the leader. Even though she may have gained more courage, there's no way that she would have gone after the leader of the Dynasty Soldiers. She would have had the smarts to leave it alone and let a stronger scout, such as Jupiter or Mars, take care of the one that they could handle better than her.
Also, the other girls would have realized that she didn't have a chance and stopped her from going after this leader person, as they knew if they didn't she would be severly damaged. Also, as you said that the other girls were killing off the other Dynasty Soldiers and leaving her to deal with the leader, that just doesn't make any sense. Why the senshi have their powers in the firsr place is because they were chosen to PROTECT the moon princess, not leave her to get her ass whooped. So naturally, one of the other senshi would be fighting along with her, and not just her by herself.
You said that there was a bright explosion when Jupiter and Moons attack hit the leader of the Dynasty Soldiers, as where when Moon just used her Tiara, there was nothing but the black cloud. If it was just a cloud when Moon used it then there would be just a cloud when the two attacks where combined. There may have been a small explosion as to where the Dynasty soldier may convulse from the electricity and then breaking apart with the help of the Tiara, but besides that I don't think that there would be much that would attract attension.
This would be another reason for the girls to be confused about the new enemy, why do they have a black cloud come out of them when they are defeated?
Another thing was that when the guys finally met the girls and Moon was having a fit about WhiteBlaze. Mercury would have come up with something to help the tigers being for the while that they where there, not just say to just call the proper authorities and leave it there. After all, her favorite animals are cats so the last thing she would have done was to say to leave it there.

The seene where the Scouts are surrounded by Dynisty Soldgers and the Scouts used there attacks and took out Soldgers little group by little group, and then Sailor Moon used her septer and destroyed the rest of the Soldgers...that seene reminded me of the seene in the Sailor Moon R Movie! I loved it!

"Well, that's because you're pure-hearted," she explained. "My evil seals don't work on someone who's good. It only stuns them briefly." Mars pulled the bow from her hair and wrapped it around the ankle she had twisted . . .

It's Sailor Venus that has the bow in her hair NOT Sailor Mars! Just to let you know.

"Black Lighting Strike," Kale shouted. Oh yeah...and it's Black Lighting Slash, NOT Strike! Just so you know.

In case you were woundering how I know so much, Sailor Moon and the Ronin Warriors are my top 2 animes that I love. I know practicly everything there is to know about these two animes. If you need any info, just tell/ask me.

Now, usually I would review every chapter, but I don't have much time, and I really need to comment on something. Here I was thinking you were going to do a Ami/Rowen pairing, and then poof! It's suddenly leaning towards a Ami/Sai pairing!
