Why do I get the feeling he's going to love Electro Swing.

Wow he knows Six comes from a post apocalyptic world were jails are few to non heck I bet if you did try to bring someone in they would get shot in a heartbeat and there is of course it not being possible to have clean hands there yet he calls him a murderer. So basically this shows that Batman is an intolerant asshole who needs to learn not everyone can have the choice to be Mr moral highground like him, especially when it's considered to norm to kill at a very young age in Fallout.

i don't usually get requested to do a review so ill try and offer something useful here, ordinarily i usually hold off on it until a story is at least 20 thousand words in because otherwise there just isn't much for me to work with, ill just try to come up with some thoughts given what we've seen so far.

so, right away it definitely seems like this take of the courier is abit of a sociopath, i could forgive the fact that he gets angry and violent whenever he gets irritable or annoyed given the world he was living in up to that point and honestly i get the impression thats typical behavior for most people, i can also forgive the fact that whenever he is presented with a problem or a situation he does not understand, he immediately turns to violence, given that in the wasteland anything less will get people hurt or even killed, but you've showcased that violence is more then a means to an end for him, he enjoys it, if it was revealed that he derived sexual pleasure from the act of murder i wouldn't be surprised.

now theres nothing wrong with that as a character trait in and of itself but it would definitely chafe pretty strongly with the majority of the justice league given what i remember of the old cartoons, he'd likely be a better fit with the likes of suicide squad if thats how you want to take it, his personality is definitely kind of zany so far, almost like he's channeling GIR from invader zim on some level.

on that note, i find that its kind of strange just how effective he is against the various members of the justice league, on the one hand laser and plasma would be far more effective then the typical bullets against the various heroes and i dont remember if the DC universe has anything equivalent to saturnite, sure he'd probably be really strong against some of the B-listers but it seems abit odd that most of them don't even get a real fight till wonder woman and superman show up.

on the one hand six needs to present himself as a clear threat on the level of many of the superheroes for him to have any real place in this setting, but its also really weird that he managed to cut superman with a saturnite knife given the sheer power behind everything superman has faced in the past, i mean usually superman just represents a button to automatically solve all your problems so for even saturnite to pose a threat to him is kind of unusual, and then it seems odd that he can lie right to wonder woman and batmans faces about how he wants to change for the better and how tortured he is and stuff, sure i can see how a courier can be incredibly persuasive but at the same time they usually make a big deal that batman is impossibly perceptive so being able to lie to him is definitely some god tier shit, as for wonder woman she usually wouldn't need to bother because she has that lasso of truth which forces people to say what they mean.

i usually try not to come down on grammar since im no hemingway myself but, especially in the first chapter it was kind of rife with sections where words were mispelled or outright missing and i almost feel you could use a larger vocabulary, i dont want to nitpick too much about it but this definitely feels like it was a rough draft, this is fine for starting out but you might wanna get some experience, some people wont even read the work at all if the grammar is bad enough.

so far though a concern i would raise is im not sure i can tell what six's actual motivation even really is, he doesn't seem to have any goals or interests beyond his immediate survival, is he here just to hit on some of the female supers and try to get laid or is he eventually going to return home or what?

really, alot of this comes down to my original point, its hard for me to make too many judgements this early in because we haven't had much time to explore the character in depth, though his power definitely needs to be dialed back abit if you want to do more with him because if he just curbstomps everything he comes across there wont be much of a story to tell, a character who has it too easy can't really grow or develop in any meaningful ways at which point i don't feel theres anywhere for it to go, im not going to try and judge your portrayal of the DC universe characters since i havent seen justice league in years and i know next to nothing about young justice (the closest i got, was the original Teen Titans like ten years ago i think)

I bet their stumped on the part on how can a society be stuck in the 50's mindset (they listened to the same songs over and over for decades while having computers that by modern standards are complete crap). but still have advanced technology like lasers, robots, pipboys, and a drug that can close wounds in seconds.
