Interesting usage. I really liked the dialogue and the villain. It was creative and a great way to address some of the negative connotations of certain quirks.

This warms my heart. Aizawa see himself in young Shinsou, and tries to avoid Nedzu (I am starting to feel the creeps with the principal). I feel a vibe of "train your sidekick" with this chapter. Strange as it sounds I like it.

Oh my, what a nice encounter between pro and student. I like how this is going, and the pov you are using with Shinsou. The condescending part is not something I am used to read in fics where Shinsou is in the center of the plot. I need to read more of this.
