An unexpected revelation from Connor's enigmatic past allows the deviant to experience life in a way he never thought possible. Hank readily steps up to help Connor with his adjustment to a new human life, conquer the darkness from his troubled, painful and miserable past, while fighting for android rights all along the way. Connor is now a being of two worlds.

Connor struggles to comprehend his newly found emotions and learns what it means to be human as Hank guides him along his journey of self-discovery as his deviancy evolves him into something more than a machine. Connor isn't indestructible and his impulsive, selfless nature to accomplish his mission will be the death of him, or even Hank, as he learns what it means to be alive.

Hosea wrapped his arms around him, and he could hear the gang walking away to give them their privacy, his face wet where he rested it against his back, his breath hitching with quiet sobs, reaching down out of habit to run his fingers through Arthur's hair only to pause, hand hovering awkwardly, a strangled sound breaking in his throat, and he wrapped his arms around them both.

Everything was going great! Hank has taken Connor as his son. The android rebellion was very successful. Everything was perfect. At least up until Hank was fatally shot and killed. Now Connor finds himself back at the beginning with second attempt to save his partner.

We know that when the Vanguard crashed Anduin managed avoid capture while the rest of his crew was captured by Hozen. So here's a scenario where Anduin gets captured by Hozen as well so Admiral Taylor has to keep him alive until they are rescued. :)
