Poor Nino

While Gabriel comes across as a bit laxer than canon, I don't think it's particularly out of character so much as circumstance. (I LOVE the idea of him lip syncing in drag. Priceless)

I also like seeing the two heroes meeting them as well. Overall, a very good chapter. Keep writing

Oh I definitely understood that White Christmas reference. It took every bit of willpower not to burst out laughing reading that since I'm in public. This is definitely an interesting story so far. Can't wait to see what you do with it.

Weeee, Gabe as a coach is really effective. I can see why Fu doesn’t really want to get involved if Gabriel can do all the dirty work for him, haha. I particularly loved the scene with the arrow. That was awesome! Especially Duusu supporting his new wielder.

I very much like that Nino isn’t just a pushover and doesn’t let Gabriel have his way that easily. But I’m sure Gabriel wouldn’t have chosen him if he thought Nino was weak in any way.

And the parallels between those two! That was a very accurate observation! It works out nicely in the challenge part, where Paon leads them on and Gabriel immediately picks it up. And it turns out Nino is quite loyal towards Gabriel too! The teamwork was amazing!

A really good fic. I love how Gabriel Agreste is shown here and Nino is great here. Keep updating

Oh this is so precious. I love how flustered Nino is with Gabriel suddenly not being a jerk to him, but then he starts to be more defiant. And Gabe is just perfect – reserved and cold on the outside, but quite passionate on the inside, like with “his legacy”. And that subtle way to comment on “his elder mentor”. Tsk, tsk, Mister Agreste, play nice.
I also liked the headcanon about fighting dynamics – Chat being rather a bulldozer than a distraction. Nino should totally get peacock miraculous. His character design just screams peacock!
