Just because this fandom is a tad dark, does not mean that its characters are undeserving of feeling love, peace, or even a flickering passion as you have so described. Sometimes love is a very fragile thing, and I definitely see this concept illustrated throughout your story. I hope that Akane and Kougami find happiness.
