Your way of writing banter is amazing. I really bought into the "rivals who occasionally help each other out" thing you have going. Especially liked the way you subverted the "beautiful female kisses the frog and turns him to a handsome man" thing by turning Ginny into a frog instead. Frogfroy, the mouse, Perry's faceplams - they had me grinning all the way through.

I've always found haiku to be rather silly, so to see you incorporate them here really do add a layer of fun and ridiculousness. Ginny and Draco had just the right amount of playfulness and competitiveness, exactly the way I envisioned when I wrote my prompt. To be honest, I am rather envious of your ability to write good banter. I wish I have your skills.

I am sad you won't expand this universe but I want to thank you for taking time while you had a fever to write this!

I kinda have a soft spot for a wizard named Perry now. Your haiku's were so funny! The one about bird poop and the last one "in haiku because I can, this is omake" are my favorites.

I love this story. The humor is great, the cast is great, theok, let me save some time here. Everything about this was great. I would have liked to see a wee bit more development, because their getting together was rather sudden, but I know it was a pinch-hitter, so... Maybe one day you can come back to it.

I just loved everything about this. Your creativity was on full display here - we even got a hilarious haiku! Perry's facepalming and a chocolate ice cream flavored (and shirtless!) Draco were my favorite things, but I also enjoyed the dynamic between Draco and Ginny, the banter and the bit of bite, with the sexy little undertone that comes to the forefront in the end. Very satisfying and hilarious read, and as much as I love angst this was like a much needed palate cleanser from all the lovely doom and gloom in this year's exchange.

I do hope you'll change your mind about expanding it in the future, when you're less busy with your current projects. I'd love to know more about what came before and after for these two!
