This was a great story and I might use some of these things I found to be close to canon in my own fanfics if that's okay. Like Maui losing people in the past, etc. Also great story! I'll definitely be reading the sequel if it's out! Great job on this story, I loved it!

While reading this, when it mentioned Maui speaking of a god dying, I was trying to think of where he'd mentioned it, then I thought of what he said when his hook was cracked and realized that what he meant by 'one more hit and it's over' meant that he'd die if his hook broke since he'd be more vulnerable to attacks.

I had a feeling the visitor would be Maui!

This is amazing! it was amusing in the first chapter to feel like Serfina was the only smart person in the village, but I love how you built to the finish and even though the split was simple and direct, it moved gracefully. i can't wait to read the sequel

Okay I'm confused about one point in this. What is she the demigod of? Is she like Moana, demigod of way finding and blah. Or just way finding? Does way finding have anything to do with it? Just confused here is all.

Amazing finish! You did hands down one one of the best short Moana fanfics. While there wasn't a ton of action, you portrayed the character very well. I'm really hoping you do a sequel. Again very good epilogue, and Good luck on your stories!

Great chapter! Very well developed. I liked it, and I liked the description of how Maui learned associating with mortals was a bad idea, and I think it would be reasonable for Maui and Moana to have a fight and Moana to learn the hard way how Maui feels. Idk, that's an idea I had bouncing around in my brain (I actually have one!anyways good job! Can't wait for the finish

Fantastic job! Really good chapter. I can't pick a favorite part, is that bad? Lol, anyway I think Moana would take a little longer to get over her immortality. And as worried as Maui is I think he would be secretly excited as well. Because if I was him, I would have kept Moana at arms length. Because I know she would have died while me, being immortal, would have lived on. Do u get what I'm saying, Maui would be kinda happy Moana is immortal, because he doesn't have to hold back. Just my take. Awesome chapter! Can't wait for the next one! Good luck!
