OMG-you are an AMAZING writer

This was a lovely story! I don't read too many EOA stories, but I decided to do so last night. Yours was by far the best I've seen in a while. I admire the friendship between Elena and Mateo in the show, and I definitely wouldn't be opposed to their growing closer. Excellent job and keep up the good work. :)

I've already reviewed this on tumblr, but let me say once again how great this piece is! I think one thing people might not notice is when Mateo's not nervous about his magic or way out of his comfort zone, he's actually quite assertive. We haven't gotten a ton of that in canon, unfortunately (the quick scene of him and Gabe trading quips in Captain Turner Returns is the best example), but this story portrays that really well. I also liked how you showed Elena's surprise and intrigue at this new side of Mateo, and maybe this is where she starts to see him as more than a friend. Fantastic work!

Seems out of character to me, although it's sweet.
