Enjoying the read, but oh, the questions. Which court issued the order, magic or mundane? British or American? Will Harry, be given any choice in the matter? Who is Mitch? What was Charlie's job that his boss could acquire adoption papers without the usual waiting periods? How big a lie did Dumbles concoct to receive court orders so fast, or did he throw his influence around to get what he wanted? Will the ICW be involved? With two different countries laws to consider it should be. The Potters may not receive custody (abandonment) but can the courts take custody? Have the Potters been searching for Harry, or were they unaware he wasn't at the Durselys? If not, why not? Lots of questions, your next few updates will hopefully answer some of them.

What events transpired that suddenly made it safe for the Potters to come out of hiding? Why would the Potters have had to send Harry away? And why would they name a second boy Henry when they already had a son they called Harry?
