What that was so good, you write brilliant story so naturally. Not over exaggerating saying I believe you're the best fic author I've ever had the pleasure of reading from. The way you portray Hermione and her thiughts along with Harry is incredibly accurate to canon and in a way perhaps even better. I wish there was a sequel to this portraying Harry's descent into darkness.

Apart from Hermione considering Ron a viable option for dating, this was a near-perfect rendition of what HBP should have been. The two of them taking the prophecy and future seriously and actually talking out their issues. A truly wonderful read.

It's brilliant! I love it so much. I agree that it's great that Harry is proactive in his studies. I totally relate to Hermione logically deciding who to crush on/hintingly pursue.
Harry giving Hermione the Felix Felicis made me wonder what the trip with Dumbledore would have been like if Harry had taken it. Maybe Felix would have guided Harry to stop at Grimmauld first. And if Slughorn could brew/get Felix Felicis and give it to a student then he must be able to provide Dumbledore or the Order with some. How much better the horcrux hunt would have been if they have some liquid luck.

it's so nice when you tell people they will end up together but could you maybe link them together in the search screen. I am a person who enjoys a patheticly large amn large amount of romance and this makes it easier when using the search tools all of Harry's brain power comes from his enchanted thinking spot bring on the sexy times I just realised that Harry ended in a single battle. that's just wow!

So much more satisfying than HBP

My only complaint is that this shouldn't have been a one-shot. The ending was way too unsatisfying, simply because it was suddenly Dumbledore's Funeral, and nothing is shown beyond that.

Don't get me wrong, I love the little short stories you make just as much as the longer ones, but I feel this one could've, should've, been longer.
