I really liked this adaptation of Dangerous Liaisons/Cruel Intentions via Hogwarts. You made me wait an awfully long time for Dramione lemons, but the wait was worth it! I'm glad the ending was happier too. I'll be looking into the sequel.

You did well on the angst, I think. they all react pretty destinctly to their various problems.

I've commented on your characters before and I'm sorry, I have to again. The way you describe their thoughts is very distinct, I like that, you make the differences clear. It's more telling rather than showing, but it works. Similar with the confrontations: I don't know either of the references, but you took a lot of care to give emptional depth and individual motivation to every character. So you've probably guessed it-this comment is more of a stream of consciousness which is growing as I'm reading the chapter (sorry for that). McGonagall looking squinx-like is the bomb!

I really feel for Dracoat the same time, it was a disaster waiting to happen. Compartmentalising is not a fail-safe method, espcially if someone like Pansy just worships chaos and the power she gets from sowing discord. I really hope Lavender will be kind to Theo, he really did the least objectionable thing. and also: can someone please do something about Pansy? As a charcater, she's great; but as a reader rooting for the main characters, I just hope that Hermione discovers the vicious streak she has in canoncough* Marietta Edgecomb *cough*)

Yeah so that's what I get for starting a story at 2 in the morning. i read up about the bet on Wikipedia and I'm feeling slightly less uncomfortable about the whole seduction bet. it's a bit silly, really; I usually like if there's tension in a story, yet Drinny makes me feel so deeply uncomfortable. I don't know if you want to know about how your readers feel, but right now I'm rooting for Hermione to kick Draco's ass and possibly dump him as well.

damn. did you already tell us why Draco wants to seduce Ginny? I don't think you did but at the same time I don't want to go back because i want to know what's next!
