Well, finally caught up since last time I read this. I’ll admit, last time I read the chapter around 22 or so was a bit of off putting with the huge jump into akefia being awake, everyone being in a new school, etc etc. Since those chapters, the groups mentioned in the one chapter still bug me since I’m not 100% on who was mentioned in those (something that’s stuck since the last time I read this a few months ago). Onto the more recent things. One, I love the development between youko and yami being treated as a normal relationship (as normal as it can be) and still am waiting to see some interactions with akefia and youko to go along with the one mention earlier of the two getting along. Pegasus is a manipulative Mofo in this for sure, and ishizu is definitely going to make his threat level in canon triple with her own distorted future knowledge likely being used to ‘help’ him. Really curious how this will continue developing and how many more crossover mentions are going to end up added (honestly wouldn’t be surprised if kagome from inuyasha or a character from yu yu hakusho appears). As usual, really like you two’s fanfic and look forward to more, hopefully it’ll help cement the fics recent events a bit since the early 20 ones always seemed a bit all over, may just be the whiplash from the concrete development of the early chapters for the girls growing up, once the new forces (good neutral and evil maybe) were mentioned and started to spread the universe again into a few subplots (hanabi and the quartet, yami and hikari relationship, Pegasus scheme and ishizu plans, etc). All in all, lots of things to look into for this fic, and I look forward to more (still want to see Akefia in person though lol, the references to him popping up make me look forward to his official introduction into the fanfic)

First off, I want to say its great to see yall uploading again! With that being said, are there going to be actual duels in this story? Like I'm fine with no duels and stuff I'm just curious cause like I noticed in chapter 20 (I reread it before reading 21) I noticed that the god cards werent mentioned when Izishu ran off and while she could definitely steal them at a later date, and its been a while since I last watched Yugioh but didnt Marik steal the god cards when he ran away?

A small question, why would you mention both Atem and Yami Yugi in character list? Are they different person?
