I'm deeply amused yet slightly disturbed at Trevor to Toad's female counterpart being a frog named Trina. Why?... its my name and I'm not used to seeing it in fanfiction! XD

Really I'm in my 40s and I've rarely seen the name "Trina" be used. Maybe once or twice by Hollywood (Cabinboy) and maybe in a book that I never read. When I went to school I came across two girls called Trina, but it was short for Katrina/Catrina. It wasn't until my 20s (1990s) that I met 2 girls (not at same time) who were also named Trina. They were born near same time frame (1969 -1971) as me and like me, born in the south (me-TX, one girl was from AR other LA). Not sure what was going on in that area at that time that made Trina be a (almost) popular name. lol
