A bit unfair calling Minato a weak Ashikabi. I mean the only Ashikabi that showed any strength is Seo and the Ashikabi from the West, both Higa and Mikogami are weak, they only have their money. Also not fair to call Musubi ditzy, she's actually a quick learner, she just seems ignorant, in the same sense as a child who hasn't learned things yet, but once she learns, she catches on. This is shown in her training with Miya. Musubi it's more like no one from MBI bothered to teach her a damn thing and just turned her loose, so she's having to learn everything from scratch. In reality, Akitsu is more of a ditz than Musubi, as Akitsu knows better but keeps doing the wrong thing, THAT'S a ditz.

The story would be better if the explanation to Uzume wasn't an exposition dump. This chapter and Naruto coming out to explain what happened did not sound organic.
