ok i cracked up when ignis was reading one of those cheap erotic novels... i'm just imaging him looking for any book, standards lowered with the lack of stuff he finds, and just. staring. "hmmm... well i guess my options are limited." but then he gets interested in the plot :')

the whole thing with noct going back and forth on telling them... before and even after slipping up...resonates with me. really good breakdown of the whole situation, goodness gracious all the emotions!

You're doing a great job helping us see inside Noct's head and heart. I do wish he'd say something to the others, though - they might not be able to do anything about it but they could support him.

Merlin is a perfectly acceptable name for a chocobo :)

(And honestly, I didn't even notice any hints of Ignoct. But that might be cause my mind was busy seeing all the Promtis)

I'm so excited to see updates for this story. It's one of my favorite FFXV fics. I love the tension that is building in these last few chapters. This is such a good take on the toll the Crystal can have on Noct. I'm looking forward to the climax of the story!

Another great chapter. The battle with the daemon sounded very realistic, especially Noct confusing the discomfort of using magic and the armature with being impaled! I also wonder how long he can keep the problem hidden from the others.
