thank you for staying true to his character, but giving him more depth as you go along. as a kai fan it means a lot for people to illuminate his faults and quirks, but write him with so much love! you're great 3 3

Ellis, this is a brilliant story so far! :-) I am really slow when it comes to reading chapters but this is by far one of my favorite fics that focus around Kai. I am constantly blown away by how you have managed to convey Tyson's feelings in this and give him a more serious outlook which is nice especially since in series 3 he had a more mature look on things. I liked that you involved Ray and Max in this too and allowed us to view from their point. I really felt that they truly cared about Kai. Thanks for writing this, it's amazing.

Have I missed a part to this, because it says its part three but I've looked for parts one and two? Pls let me know as I really enjoyed reading this.

I stumbled on your fic whilst searching to see if there was any Kai FanFics that I have missed, let me tell you, I was not disappointed when I found this!

Your writing is fantastic, and there is a sense of elegance to it. I'm only the first chapter, but I thought I would show my appreciation for how much I enjoyed this. I'm aiming to read your other chapters and compliment them too.

I like that you stayed within Kai's character, but got his thoughts down to a t, it was really nice to explore that about Kai considering that he is usually a reserved and quiet person, so the change was really nice. I like that you didn't stray from the purpose either, and it was clear that Kai has been hurt so many times over and yet he's a better individual because of it.

I am such a huge Kai fan, so reading something like this was heaven! Your a fantastic writer. Please write more.

It was beautiful how you captured the essence of their friendship in this one hospital scene. So many lovely details I can't possibly name them all!
The last sentence was a very good ending to this story. :)) haha, typical Tyson!

Been quite a while since I read something this good on ffn. I love your writing style, though you were right about getting carried away. :) But anyway, I love how poetic you get at times. Also this concept is once of my favorites when it comes to beyblade fanfiction.
I'm looking forward to more of this.

Tyson always appears to be a very carefree, simple guy, so this chapter was very intersting, because you put the focus on another side of Tyson, one that isn't focused on much. But why wouldn't Tyson have deep thoughts once in a while, especially if it's something thsi important? Well done :)
It was also nice how you worked out how everyone thought of Kai, of how he used to be and is now.
This whole idea of a "background" story is simply great.

Wow, this was truly amazing. You have a very unique style to your writing. It's sometimes a tad hard to read with the long sentences, but it's very eloquent and powerful. Overall great writing :)
I also loved how you portrayed Kai's thoughts. It's so true to him and just works well with the anime (I have only read the first chapters of the manga and then tossed it... Preferred the anime as well ).
