| celrock chapter 11 . 9/16/2017 Sorry to hear that Doug is having trouble staying awake in Driver's Ed. I do think that having him pay for the class when he feels good and ready to take it, is a good idea. Perhaps if he has to pay for it himself, that will keep him awake and alert, so he pays attention and learns the skills he needs to learn. Great update here, and, keep up the great writing! |

It's also interesting that both, Doug and Roger are in the same class, and that Roger actually paid attention rather than goofing off and being disruptive like he usually is. | celrock chapter 5 . 3/31/2017 Nice update here. The flashback reminded me of that episode of Doug where Judie was getting her driver's license, but she failed paralell parking and Doug was desperate to get her to pass her driver's test, because he promised Patti he'd have her drive them to the opening of Bumper Car Mania. Interesting how Doug remembered things differently several years later, as that flashback wasn't in the episode at all. Regardless, I do hope Doug's parents will give in and let him get his permit, and as always, keep up the great writing! Looking forward to reading more, when it's available! |
