In my opinion black or pneumonic plague would be most efficient in killing off the worlds population, as it is very fast spreading and deadly (it killed half of Europe during the 1300s), however it requires exposure to rodents or fleas carrying the disease. It is also a good choice because, even today, with the antibiotics developed to treat it, the mortality rate of the ailment is still 15% after taking the medication, and the percentage only increases if the treatment isn't given 24 hours after showing symptoms. Both have horrific and painful symptoms with a 100% chance of eventually killing the infected party. That is why I believe illness would be best at ending the world.

Update please! And does Anime count? Its addicting, I tend to forget to eat or drink, insomnia, causes very heated “debates”, most likely will cause a world war, people might become yanderes, and it spreads like the plague. Atleast if it does end humanity I can die happy. There are probably a lot more side effects that I can’t think of.
