I think, along with Morning Glory, IfUknewUcouldnotFail and Tea-induced Scribbles, you're the best writter our TLS fandom has ever had. No offense to the others, there are many many talented writers in here, but still. You four are the greatest to me.

Okay. I absolutely love this I adore it, actually. While the end feels a good place to resolve, I can't help this feeling of being left wanting more. I truly wouldn't mind at all if you decided to continue it, so that we might see how this interpretation of Tom and Rachel's new family unfolds.

I also love the feeling of how everything falls into place naturally. Something I always want for the TLS ships given the TV show puts them through a lot of hell. Beautifully done! This story was beautiful. From the very beginning your description of how Rachel spent her first six weeks in St. Louis and how she struggled without a goal was so in keeping with her character. The relationship you developed between Rachel and Kara was lovely and I lliked that Kara accidentally gave Rachel the idea to make Tom's dream come true. Using the dream was a nice touch. The scene with Jed and the children was adorable and I really like that you included them in the day with the trees. Tom and Rachel's dream date and evening was perfection. This is a beautiful and amazing story. Thank you for writing it.

I truly loved this chapter, it was just so lovely! I adored the way Rachel chose to celebrate Valentine's Day, by making new traditions & planting roots with her new family. Her gift to Tom though was simply gorgeous, allowing him to relive his dream but with the happy, joyful ending they BOTH wanted & have worked so hard to achieve - beautiful!

What a very beautiful & poignant story! Trust Rachel to think of something great as fulfilling Tom's dream of them for Valentine's Day! It is quite remarkable the alternate universe you have created in this story. While it may be alternate, it is something that could have been in life post red flu. My favorite part of your excellent story is when they both stood by the door of Room 33. It was poignant that they are standing at the cross-roads and precipice of their lives years ago and now. It just got to me that they will go back to that beautiful memory again and continue living its version in the loving family that Rachel has found herself in and what Tom and his family has provided to her. And as for you as a writer, you have always weaved together some of the best Scotch stories here, all of which I love and continue to re-read several times. I love how you write stories with perspectives in paths less taken and with just the perfect description and narratives. I hope you will write more Scotch stories! I am embarrassingly late to the party, my dear, but this is such a marvelous little gem of a tale! My love of Sasha notwithstanding, it was my fascination with Rachel that pulled me into TLS, spiraling into a love and respect for all the incredible characters that we are privileged to know. Part of me will always pine for Rachel and for what should have been between her and Tom. Theirs is the love story which we can only imagine, and, through works such as yours, enjoy what might have been. This is an absolute joy to read.

This was hauntingly beautiful. The idea that Tom and Rachel holding onto each other through the four years that it took to eradicate the virus felt so true to their characters. They both needed that time to do what needed to be done and now they are free to be together. And the beginning of the relationship was perfect. Having them go play dance with Ashley was both humorous and lovely since it gave them an opportunity to be together as a couple without dealing with a curiosity of the crew. And Sam's hot chocolate was incredibly sweet. I loved all the little bits that you included that showed how real the world you created was, like the reference to be single parents or Rachel’s embarrassment when she was recognized. Thank you for writing this. It reminded me of everything that I loved about Tom and Rachel together.
