psh YES fun tiems. let Anakin be the nerd he wants to be! Obiwan was a TERRIBLE horrible nerd of his own. a rouge a rapscallion in all thigns but yeah.
but yes Obiwan talk to him! even if his ive experienced salvery but wasent a slave? how long does it count on slavery bit when your a slave thign? and his own awkwardness with experiences and tribulations.
and does prisioner and torture victurm really WORK as the same thing.. .well.

Wow - I am very impressed by the way you managed to weave in both lighthearted humor and a sort of aching sense of injustice into this story. Through it all, I wasn't sure whether laughter or tears would be more appropriate, what with the way you managed to put something so utterly silly only a sentence away from a screeching halt to any mirth (the "dragon dragon" line and then Anakin's reaction to realizing he's corrected someone he's supposed to call "Master," for one). This is a truly delightful piece!

How do you...? This is just amazing...heartbreaking...and just so...so utterly perfect! I know this is a one shot, but if you ever consider writing more about Jocasta Nu and Anakin over the years I would be delighted. There is so much hinted at and I can imagine that of all the Jedi, Jocasta would be the one to actually listen and notice Anakin's behaviors and culture in his way of viewing things.
