| Cyndi chapter 12 . 7/16/2017 I think I held my breath all the way through this whole fic! OMG It's so great to see other people ship this pair. I've been writing them since 2008 (series is Danceverse) and I remember when people were all "ew!" about botxhuman pairings. OptimusxMikaela is totally my endgame OTP. Funnily enough, one of my fics in the series is has a situation similar to this! I was laughing the whole time when Mikaela started touching the gear stick because of COURSE it would be that, wouldn't it? Every moment of this was wonderful. Optimus getting flustered while Mikaela teases him is honestly fun to read and you nailed it perfectly. I loved all the awkwardness and how they just WENT FOR IT. It's kinda like crossing an event horizon, there's no going back. Great fic, great fun, thanks for writing it. |

It's rare that one comes across such exquisite use of phrasing in 'fics; from Chapter 1, for example, I loved "Haze hung heavy in the air". I was going to mention it in a review for that chapter, but then I got caught up, sorry. :) I was actually a little late picking up my kids because I didn't want to stop reading!
