Now, Katniss knows why Aunt Effie left her the cabin. She must have known about Peeta. She felt this is what Katniss needed. She did.

It was lovely and melancholy how Katniss loves Peeta, but knows it is just not real outside their own bubble of happiness in the cabin in the woods. She is content and happy being with Peeta. She might not have with Prim and Johanna's lives with real families. But Katniss is happy with Peeta and it is is enough for her.
