I love Mikey centric stories and this is one of the good ones. I really enjoyed how you portrayed him, strong, capable and compassionate, and keeping a smattering of his humour, despite how hurt he was.

I can understand why Leo and Raph felt the need to go after that kid... and really, he deserved a damn good scare at least after doing what he did but guessing he was killed and that's definitely not going to sit well with poor Mikey, especially given how desperately Mikey tried to prevent that, even over all other concerns as his consciousness was fading. Can only hope that doesn't cause some kind of rift in the family...

Anyway, I really enjoyed this story and will happily add it to my favourites XD

Oh, this was so so good! One of the best Mikey centric stories I've read...and I generally only read Mikey centric stories. You got everything right. If only the TV show would have the family love and appreciate our baby more beyond smacking him when he says something silly. Guess we writers are making up for that.

Dang...just dang. Never mess with family. Hopefully they didn't kill the kid...just punched him a whole lot and...oh who am I kidding. He's dead...maybe. In any case, I liked this one-shot!
