I'd LOVE to see from Bone's point of view when he and Spock first crashed on the planet and he had to pull the pipe out of Spock's abdomen. Really any scene with Bones and Spock is like a precious jem to be elaborated on and watched over and over again :)

Maybe one with Dr. Marcus? I hate that she isn't in the movie, and would love to read one where she's got a part to play, whether before, during or after. (Maybe she's Jim's girlfriend? They strike me as the type to (a) tease and flirt and poke fun at each other almost constantly if they are romantically involved, and (b) bond more closely rather than split apart if she ends up pregnant. Call it a flip side to their prime timeline counterparts' history.)
