I haven't read your other stories so I have no idea what your style in this regard is, but a word of advice:
Make sure the pokemon are actual characters. It is obvious in canon that they are intelligent, sentient creatures with personalities and social interactions as complex as any human's. Treat them as such, make the teams act like family (in whatever sense of the word you wish, and as expected after up to four years of adventuring together), make us care about the pokemon as much as the humans. Your story will benefit from it.

This is already fantastic. I want you to know that.
The complete lack of typos thus far doesn't hurt either.

I love the whole Harry/luna better and maybe Calem/Hermoine They are both smart and Hermione wants friends where as Calem does not like people that much. Serena/Neville sounds nice I mean Neville loves plants and wants to be brave and Serana is outgoing and adventurous. Love the whole harry coming back from pokemon world to be in harry potter world. Though would be cool if he brought wizard items on his journey. I mean a wizard tent would be awesome on a pokemon journey with a house inside.
