I'm not sure, but the fic might be hinting Sasuke might've broken off his friendship with Naruto because he had onesided feelings for him? If that's what actually happened then I hope Sasuke's feelings back then were onesided for real, and it's not a case where there was a misunderstanding and Naruto liked him back all along. I hate it when fics do that because it makes you lose any sympathy you might've had for the main character, like look how much everyone suffered for 10 years because you ran away like a little bitch. It's OK If Naruto didn't realize his feelings till after Sasuke left tho, but not while he was still around.

in this chapter said that Sasuke's suffer coz the friend tittle, is that maybe he want to be more but can't get it through Naruto? so he choose to cut the ties and give up and try to forget?

In my opinion, it's too soon for there to be so much teasing, flirtatious talk between Naruto and Sasuke. The atmosphere is really strange between them right now because Naruto apparently doesn't remember Sasuke, and Sasuke is bothered by the fact that he doesn't remember. Having them flirt under these circumstances is just weird. Just because they used to talk to one another like this, it doesn't mean that they would immediately start doing the same, especially when there's strange circumstances between them. I understand that you want to show their chemistry and show how they used to be so we can feel their potential as a couple, but I think the teasing and flirting should wait. You can show them connecting in a different way, and then have them start flirting after they've become comfortable with each other. They've literally just met/met again, so they shouldn't be that comfortable with each other just yet.
