annejoy chapter 8 . 12/13/2017 I just read this the second time and was enjoying it again. Poor Chakotay! To love such a stubborn woman is hard. Your writing is excellent, not many can write stories with temporal paradoxes so believably. Thank you for sharing your wonderful work with us! |
JamieRobs chapter 8 . 8/6/2017 I absolutely loved this story! So we'll done and perfectly in character, you write them beautifully. Thank you so much for sharing :) |
Helen8462 chapter 8 . 2/2/2017 Okay, I just have to say that I absolutely love your style. Love love love. Time paradox/temporal anomalies are my favorites and you do them like no other. I also really appreciate that you don't always take the sappy, easy ending but leave just enough angst to let the reader decide what your characters will do next. Please keep writing J/C, you're awesome. |
Helen8462 chapter 4 . 2/1/2017 Just finished chapter 4. I may cry. So, so good. |
PCBW chapter 7 . 1/5/2017 ughhhhh you're such an amazing writer. I love this story so much! |
Remarkable1 chapter 8 . 11/11/2016 I really love this, the heartache and resolution. Thank you. |
Doc Yewll chapter 8 . 11/5/2016 this fic is so well written, and beautiful! |

Keydieh Hurst chapter 1 . 7/30/2016 I had a word document open while reading this, taking notes when I stumbled across something I thought needed to be in my review. But at some point I got so engrossed in the story, that I forgot to take notes. But here are the ones I did take: „I wonder briefly if she sleeps in uniform.“ That actually made me chuckle (to the amusement of my family who’s sitting beside me watchin something on TV that is decidedly not funny) „Someone is sobbing – harsh, gasping sobs – but there’s nobody else here, and I realise it’s me.“ Goosebumps! „The empty coffee cup with its lipstick stain.“ That would have done it for me. I would have boken down then and there. „I’m a doctor, not a temporal theorist.“ Ah, love how you picked up this ongoing Star Trek theme ;) It's not much, but I didn't want to and couldn't stop reading. This is brilliant. Thank you for writing and sharing it. |
OPYKJ chapter 8 . 7/27/2016 Maybe it is the M rating, but frankly there should be more reviews of this story. Temporal loops are difficult to do in an intelligent, logical and suspensful way. Weaving a developing J/C within it is a master stroke. |
Voyager Bee chapter 8 . 7/22/2016 I really enjoyed this fic. My highlights: The toll the repeating timeline took on Chakotay, his determination to save Kathryn even at the cost of his own life if need be. The difference between their rushed bulkhead encounter & the later, slow intimacy he had craved so much. His decision to leave a promise of fidelity for years to come silent to spare her the guilt & his smiling at the end knowing he'd done his duty to the ship & saved the woman he loves at the same time. Thanks for sharing! |
