The Jedi don't have the power to exile people from the Republic. They can exile you from the order and its services, but not from the Republic.

Also. The Jedi are appointed as generals, but are bound to the laws of the Republic and only they can revoke a general's rank.

So I am going to have to say that this bit of the chapter was a touch too heavy handed.

This is the one of the best fanfictions I have read in...a long time.
The plotline is very intriguing and when it seems like things are about to become boring and tedious, something exciting happens. I love the way you showed Anakin's and Mace Windu's rivalry and how you highlighted how wrong the Jedi code is and the council's hypocrisy. Anakin is very similar to how he is in canon. If in canon, events played like this than I would imagine him to act just how he did. I can't wait for this to continue, I'm really enjoying this! :)

Kenobi second thoughts don't seem real.
He was there, when Windu attempted to murder in cold blood Anakin for refusing to give his sword to the Order.
The same sword, Kenobi kept saying whose his life.
"This weapon is your life Anakin"

So all of suddenly they expect him to surrender further more.
Windu stood above him, when Anakin was disarmed and planed to kill him, the same person who saved his life earlier, and kill the Sith Lord.
Hell, the same guy who discovered in the first place who was the Sith Lord, and that is how Kenobi and the rest of the council repay him.

How much Betrayal does Kenobi need to commit for Anakin to stop forgiving?
the clone wars is a series of events where his Master screwed him over and over again.

Wheels within wheels... this is gonna be fun

This is brilliant! The twins being born on Tatooine is fantastic poetry. Also it helps them long term. Under Republic law all force sensitive children can be taken by any means necessary by the Jedi. As Anakin was born outside of the Republic he was only a Republic citizen because of his Jedi status. Thus this helps them eliminate any legal claim the Jedi can have on his kids. Mace had to be behind the attacks. He's just as bad as Palpatine. I hope that Kenobi can see through all of this and also that he gets to shack up with Satine or someone special. I love the way you write. It's fantastic. Thank you for this entertaining fic

Somehow I always figured Mace Windu would betray Anakin. Mainly because once the Sith are gone they would have no more use for him. Obi wan sees what happens and decides to after Anakin. Please update when you can. I'm guessing that the coming war will be against the Jedi. Please update when you can

I bet the Jedi blame Anakin for everything and Mace Windo takes all the credit for killing him. Question will the Order of Revan and is Anakin a Descendant of Revan? Please update when you can. Reading your story makes me wonder if the Jedi are really evil.

The scene of action is well described I find. But here again I write very often.
The jdei plans to put everything on the back of Anakin is not it? Would be their kind!
