This story was exactly what I wanted to read right now! I love the idea of post-war Draco seeking out the relatives that he would've looked down upon before the war.

Very well done. This is a highly believable and poignant depiction of Draco post-war, and I enjoyed the idea that he would reach out most naturally to his aunt and baby Teddy!

I'm imagining what it must be like for Draco, this door swinging open to what, at first glance, must have read as Bellatrix balancing a baby on her hip.

I also really love the elegant parallel of his father with an untouched glass of wine, waiting for something missing that will never come to him, and Draco leaving an untouched cup of tea to go out and find it.
