This was lovely. I can't believe I hadn't read it before and was just thrilled I found it. What a great plot and setting. I loved the characters, we don't often see MM and Emma as sisters and I loved their relationship. It was lovely to see Liam as the pushy older brother who only wanted his younger brother to find happiness. The aspects of the home renovation and design were fun and interesting too. The happy ending with baby on the way was wonderful, just wonderful. Thanks for writing.

OH MY GOD, I LOVED THAT ENDING! I'm so glad he got to have a fresh start with Emma and that they're having a baby! Also, I'm glad David and Mary Margaret will get married :) The whole three chapters were great!

I have a love/hate relationship with HGTV so I've been avoiding this one for a while now, but I should have known better. This was amazing! I loved MM and Emma working together, the Milah backstory, and closed off Killian. I'm so, so glad I finally read it.

I loved it! It's the AU we didn't know we needed until you gave it to us. And now I want more, I'd love to see more of the Fix-It Sisters helping other Storeybrooke characters find their dream homes. I don't know how these types of shows work either, but your take on it seems totally plausible. (and while he wasn't actually in it, I loved that Will got a mention)

I absolutely LOVE Property Brothers and basically everything on HGTV and this was just so perfectly done. You really captured the show and how it goes along with a lot of appropriate behind-the-scenes goodness to make it really shine. I just. God. I don't have the words for how much I loved this fic.
