I think this is the story I reread the most.
I just love that mother hen Minion says his charge is walking around like “a shameless harlot”. I think everyone, even a very modest person, dresses a bit more risky to get their crushes attention. And the fact, that someone as reserved and unsure of his own body as Megamind is throwing himself so hard into his feelings that he becomes downright provocative, so provocative he made a hardcore reporter like Roxanne fluster, even in canon (looking at the flirting scene at the beginning of the movie) is absolutely endearing.

Your work is... well, there is a reason that you have an almost complete monopoly on MegaRox Fan Fiction. You are that good. I find myself basing much of my speculation about Megamind's Culture and Anatomy on your work. Xenobiology and Xenoanthropology are always good fun.

How is everything you write breathtaking?

Oh, it seems there are some stories I haven't gotten around to reviewing yet! This was just as sweet and hot on the second read. Megamind with multiple piercings is quite compelling (that drawing of him from tumblr... yow!). I really liked the field notes and the culture of the M'ega. It was so awesome when Roxanne suggested they try dating, that was the sweet part. I loved her line that she was 'ten earrings worth of serious' about him.

This is beautiful, hot and cute, and I love the "anthropologist's" commentary. And excellent re-use of "But I didn't think it would really work."

This is a lovely story. I've read it at least three times this morning; I just can't get enough of it.
