Hello there! Long time no see, huh? Sorry about that, life happened. Even if it's been a while since you added a new chapter, I absolutely adore your Detective Conan fanfictions, and I'm a complete sucker for stories with powers, so I had to read this one x)
I see you moved on to the glorious Voltron fandom, that's cool too :) I hope it doesn't mean you left your other fanfictions, but I'd get it if you did. Voltron is a great fandom and its characters are awesome so I can see the appeal! I will drop by for these stories too some day, I don't know when though. But you seem to center your stories around Keith and Shiro, and I love Shiro so much; that, added to your writing style, I know I will be drawn to it until my curiosity is satisfied lol

Anyway, about Powered. What an amazing story, I love it (yeah, I know, I love everything you write, no surprise here). How you manage to move along the characters and connect them always impresses me. I love the background of this, obviously. Conan having the ability to change his voice? Precious, and so fitting. Ran didn't need the super force to be badass but she has it anyway lol Kazuha's ability is so cool too! Haibara's ability fit her really well too and really convenient from time to time, but isn't easy on her, poor girl. Akako, witch of Powered? The question is fun to be raised, at least. I hope we can see what abilities possess Hakuba and Aoko, but in not too dreadful circumstances if possible xD And Heiji. Poor, poor Heiji! Of course he would end up stuck with immortality! He's probably one of the only people who doesn't want anything to do with it lol But yeah, considering the circumstances and the cases he worked on alone later on, without that he would have ended up dead.
Can't help but feel sorry for him though. Being experimented on? From what we can gather thorough your story (and a bit of common sense), NOT FUN AT ALL. Man, there is a bit of a pain to see such an upbeat guy being traumatized by an ordeal like this. Granted, it's Heiji, so it's not obvious at first, but oh boy does he have it rough. On top of it all, he has trust issues because of Ginger now. I almost want to see him completely freak out if he meets Absinthe again, but with someone with him to help him get out. Maybe it's one of the only things that could make him admit he does need help.
What I also love about your stories are the mysteries. Like, you already uncovered some of them, but what is the deal with Heiji's eyes? Do they glow in the dark like a cat? Granted, Heiji seems to be more of a dog person (like me! \o/), but it's got nothing to do with his ability so xD Anyway, I digress. Does a kid heist really have something to do with the Night of the Fallig Stars? Well, it's supposed to have something to do with eternal life and Heiji is close to something like that, so there's that. Did Heiji and Haibara met before? I'm actually wondering if Haibara's sister wasn't the one to supress his ability in the first place. That would explain why there is a feeling of familiarity from both of their sides and why the name seems to ring a bell in Heiji's mind. It does seem a bit far-fetched, but it wouldn't be the first time you made connections between characters I absolutely did not see coming! There is also the question of what ability exactly Absinthe is looking for. From what she is saying, unless I understood it wrong, Heiji's ability isn't one of them, she "just" experimented on him. So what are they? So many things to be excited about!
Otherwise, I'm really glad you give "screentime" to the Goushou boys, they are the best. Their girls too, of course! It's always a real pleasure to see so many characters handled so well. I love to see how everyone doesn't have the same objective, and how some know what others don't. Maybe some readers can find redundant some characters asking themselves questions about things we already know about, but for my part I'm thrilled by it. It's very realistic, and you always take the time to place them carefully before you make them do their moves (bet you would be an excellent chess player lol).
I can't help but find hilarious the fact that almost every time Heiji is surprised by something, he either chokes on his food or spits his water xD And poor Hakuba, he does seem to be a bit of a victim here with everyone disliking him and his unwanted connection with the kidnappings lmao

I feel like I have so much more to say, because you manage to tell so much! Sorry I can be a bit of the forgetful type about that.
Anyway, I would imagine the next chapter takes us to the Green Fairy heist! I really hope someday you will get back to it :) Either way, thank you so much for sharing your work!
