And oh my word, drowning is one of my biggest fears (not a trigger) but it always freaks me out to see it happen- or come close to happening.

I guessed that the most recent plot twist would happen, but I thought I'd been mistaken when he and Ed got thrown into the room together. Very devious plot twisting! I finally got myself to read this over from the beginning, and it was so worth it! This had been one of the stories I had anticipated new chapters from the most back when it started, but it'd been too long to remember what was going on now. It made this chapter make more sense AND make me just appreciate the story in general even more! It is crafted with all these different pieces of the puzzle so well, and feels so... canon, if that makes sense. I think the only thing that hasn't come back up is if Alphonse's studies are going to play into what's going on with Ed at all...

To answer your question... I guess I kinda saw it coming? The long, long time Sean spent in Barnes's office the day(?) before was concerning, but I wasn't really sure what that would lead to besides Not Being Good.
