I like this because it’s so realistic in the emotional turmoil these two would be feeling even years after the war. Also, your portrayal of Draco is so spot on.

I really enjoyed this! Your characterization of Draco is one of the best I've ever read. I absolutely loved how you wrote all of Draco's astute observations, witty comments and other snark. Hermione seemed almost immature compared to how well Draco was at being emotionally mature and taking control of the situation , but its understandable since she might be overwhelmed with the pregnancy. Love this story and loved the snarky little ratings Draco gave each of the golden trio. This story is golden, super 10/10.

so while I love your stories I have to ask: why do you always stereotype hermione as this frumpy disaster when it comes to fashion? everyone always ridicules her for it, especially draco. and whenever he thinks about her hair i'm very appalled before i catch myself and think 'okay so maybe she doesnt headcanon hermione as black' but still. it's her hair? and that hatred from the outside and her hatred for herself must be so overwhelming. what's wrong with a successful woman having fashion sense? she's not that obtuse.

the war was about her blood and her right to exist. that sort of racism doesnt go away. hell, they dont think muggles are human and hermione's some ape! draco becoming friends with ginny and getting easy acceptance without facing the shit he put people through...yeah he was a kid, but has he really learned? I feel like most of your stories dismiss Hermione. The characters treat her like a disaster to be pitied. When she talks about what she's uncomfortable with like flying and heights they laugh about it and force her into rollercoasters. It's uncomfortable.

This is so realistic - probably one of the most realistic Dramione stories I have ever seen. But it's actually painfully realistic, because you want her to want to be with him (because we can see he's changed). But her reasoning (that she can't forget everything that came before) is honestly unassailable. I think a lot of writers tend to skip over that part. And I think it takes a lot of skill to handle that aspect of the relationship so I really appreciate the job you've done it tackling it head on. It's very hard for me to conceptualize a fluffy/blissful Dramione relationship. You did a fantastic job developing the dynamic in so few words. I would love to see a follow-up on this story. I'm probably getting redundant at this point, but this is amazing.

OMG... Few fanfictions make me feel genuinely heartbroken for the characters. This was one of them... your Hermione Characterization is interesting, how she has a tinge of bigotry and hates herself for it but still can't make decisions on what she knows is right... Beautiful work...it really spoke to me. :-)
