His eyes are the same size... He looks different because of the Superman disguise. Attitude and facial expressions go a long way. Plus lighting is a huge factor. Have you ever seen someone hold a flashlight under their face? They look totally different because we are used to the shadows going down, not up. Danny’s glow eliminates shadows completely and makes his face appear different. The main factor is of course that unlike normal superheroes, nobody suspects he could have a human identity because nobody has a reason to think half ghosts exist.

In the series sometimes phantom seems to have snakler eyes but bigger would of made more sense. The greenish skin actually works really well woth the unearthly tan that phantom has

oh my gosh this combines so many of my faveorite headcannons I'm screaming. I love the ghostly freckles headcannon, and the green skin, and them eyes! oh my gosh those eyes are beautiful (I headcannon that he has big eyes bc he's an anime watcher)

That would definitely make more sense. Hopefully not anime-big eyes. Green skin seems likely. My personal headcanon is that it's pretty much the same, except the skin is dark. I can guess who the worst enemy is. Vlad, maybe? I don't think it's Dan. Good story!

Maddie and Phantom stories have a great potential. I wonder how you'll keep carrying this idea out.

I always assumed it was like that Superman thing where no one was looking for a secret identity cause why would Superman want/need to be anything but Superman? But a bit different I mean nobody knew someone could be half ghost so why would the think Phantom was one.
