PLEASE UPDATE!

Question! Why doesn’t anyone make a story with naruto just landing in the Gate universe? These stories make him so OC it might as well have OC as the character choice. There are other supernatural beings in gate so naruto would actually fit in quite well.

We really didn't need this chapter. All of this could have been explained in passing. Right now, it feels as though these sorts of chapters are going to be more common, which takes away from this story, and how Naruto being there will change things. So far, he hasn't changed much at all. I would've expected there to be more elves that go with the SDF, instead of staying in an area that will DEFINITELY end up becoming kindling for a Humoungous Firebreathing Lizard (HFL for short, I guess), and that they somehow cannot beat said HFL with their current abilities. But hey, at least now Tuka/Chuka won't be going crazy, hopefully. Still, more should have changed. Speaking of changes, is this Naruto native to Earth? Or is he from the Elemental Nations? If he's from the EN, he should be a lot better than this. He should be able to kill that dragon on his own, seeing as how the Rasenshuriken cuts on a molecular lever, according to Kishimoto. That also means that his wind should be sharper, too. It would also mean that he'd be able to rescue more people, too. I'm not seeing any evidence pointing towards him being from the EN, though.

Anyways, despite that little argument I made, I rather enjoyed reading this. I can only hope that the next chapter comes soon, as it's nearly been a year, if I'm recalling the date this was last updated at correctly. Anyways, good luck with the next chapter, as I look forward to it. Be sure to have fun with it, so that writer's block stays away.

just watched every episode of gate and to read a naruto/gate cross-over that is well written is a nice change compared with the other cross-overs. Hope you will update this story soon and good luck with it

You don't need to state the names of the weapons they're using. The average reader probably cares very little for specifics like those. A time when details like that are more relatable to someone not obsessed with military details is when a boisterous character is bragging about their weapon, like the meet the heavy TF2 video. The sheer power of a weapon is worth pointing out to a reader to imply that that weapon's power is parallel to the personality of the person wielding it. But the way you insert weapon names and facts just seem to clutter up the fic, and this is coming from someone who actually is sort of a military geek.

it's really good but there's a reason why the JSDF had all that old equipment with instead of using more cutting edge technology, it was that if for any reason the had to abandon it, it wouldn't be as bad, so Naruto using that type of equipment outside of the norm beats that reasoning, aside from that the chapter was really well made and interesting to read.
