Good chapter.

Two things I have to bring up. The first, what's with the chapter name? Blake is hardly even mentioned even in passing, so what does this chapter have to do with her being observant? Secondly, I'm pretty sure Ruby's still only 15 throughout her relatively short time at Beacon. I know it's a small thing, but with how over the top some of her more childish behavior is, the younger I need her to be in order to suspend my disbelief. Frankly I still think Monty should have had the main cast a year younger.

Oh, and since I'm here anyway, a Merry Christmas to y'all.

For what it's worth, I DO find this to be a highly enjoyable story and I smiled when I recognized the title in my inbox.

Loving the story so far! I think one of the things i love the most in your story is the interactions between the 's something that i think is severely lacking in the show itself. The sparring scene was incredible for showing weiss and yangs relationship while tying it all in to the main story as well, and Blake and Weiss' quiet respect is also shown clearly and executed well. It's just great actually feels like they're a team of people with a lot of differences that are doing their best to respect each other. I wish the show was more like this to be honest
